If you are interested in living or working in Midlothian, let me be the first to tell you it is a great place to be!

If you are looking for a new home, a place to visit, open a new business or simply be in the company of really fine people, you've come to the right place!

Midlothian has a rich history that dates back to the early days of the railroad. What began as a small agricultural community has become one of the fastest growing cities in the Metroplex.

Through carefully managed growth planning, aimed at providing the best in city services, high-quality construction, stable property values and maintaining affordable taxes and fees, we have made living and working in Midlothian a pleasure.

There are many positive reasons to consider Midlothian - a caring community with high values and great expectations!

Enjoy your review of the City of Midlothian's web page and feel free to contact us with any concerns or questions. We’d love to talk with you and provide any further information that you might need.
