Zoning Board of Adjustments
The Zoning Board of Adjustments is a quasi-judicial body that determines variances to the zoning ordinances of the City of Midlothian.

Membership
The Board is composed of five regular members serving two-year terms and two non-voting alternates serving open terms. Alternates serve as members in training until a vacancy occurs in the regular membership.

City residency is required for membership. Appointments are made in July.

Current members include:  Micah Conrad, Dave Lowrey, Dan Altman, Gary Shone, Sonya York, Danny Hemphill and Pat Daniels.

Meetings
Meetings are the first Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. when there is a case to consider.

Application
The City Council's policy is to limit membership to one board/commission at a time in order to provide an opportunity for service and involvement to as many citizens as possible. Training is available to all new appointees.

For more information, contact the City Secretary at (972) 775-3481 or download the Board/Commission Application
